  • Summer check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off-season check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.

  • Property is on Level 3; stairwell access from ground level.
  • Private community boardwalk to the beach.

  • In response to increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID is required for every reservation.
  • A signed rental agreement is required. Accepting House Rules on online travel agencies requires reading and acceptance of the rental agreement.

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund is processed less a $300 cancellation fee.

  • Covered parking and parking lot overflow available.
  • Two vehicles maximum.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Linens (sheets and towels) are provided, wrapped in sealed packages and placed on the end of the beds.
  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; however, pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or the Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. No refunds will be issued for pool closures.

Pet Policy

  • No pets allowed.
